Club Coach

TSC Hurricane is seeking professional coaches who have a passion for teaching the game of soccer and demonstrate continuous learning. Candidates should have progressive youth player development experience and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.  Coaches will work within the TSC Hurricane development philosophy and curriculum and provide team coaching to youth players ranging in age from 7 to 18.  Teams compete in various leagues including the ECNL, NPL and OPC (Oklahoma Premier Clubs)

Preferred Candidates should have:

• USSF "E" license (or working towards) or NSCAA National Diploma or higher

• Experience in coaching youth soccer as a professional

• Ability to work with coaching staff to deliver a player centered curriculum

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to work nights and weekends and travel

Director of Futsal (Closed)

·       Create unique and high quality Futsal programs that support the TSCH player development philosophies and curriculum

  •       Create Futsal curriculum that integrates into TSCH player development model
  •       Assist in the player development curriculum and make sure players that have the potential to play at higher levels 
  •       Attract, retain and develop players to participate in Futsal programming
  •       Perform player evaluations and Futsal education where appropriate
  •       Help in ensuring coaches are promoting Futsal development with goal toward exceeding technical standards set by TSCH
  •       Conduct Futsal training sessions for U8-13 to help prepare players for the player development pathway
  •       Resolve and prevent team issues in dealing with coaches or parent escalations
  •       Promote and market Futsal programs in the community to create strong awareness and increased participation
  •       Build a fun, attractive and cohesive culture within the Futsal training groups
  •       Build strong relationships and be a Futsal technical resource with TSCH’s coaching staff
  •       Develop and implement effective Player ID model to grow quality player pool
  •       Develop and implement proper parent education that focuses on Futsal education as it relates to players' overall development

NPL Administrator (Closed)

The NPL (National Premier Leagues) Administrator is a vital part of the NPL program as a whole. The Administrator’s support for the NPL Coaching staff and the organization of the administrative services of the program are the main focus of the position to ensure the NPL program is a success.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  •        Effectively work with the Club Registrar to ensure the NPL registration and roster management process so it is a simple and effective for team managers and coaches.
  •        Ensure coaches, team managers and teams receive proactive communications regarding all aspects of the NPL program.
  •        Ensure coaches and team managers are following correct NPL processes with respect to player registration and roster management with goal of being recognized as the leader in best practices.
  •        Resolve and prevent registration issues and parent concerns in dealing with coaches or team managers.
  •        Be an advocate for the NPL program, the club and the coaching staff.
  •        Build strong relationships with NPL Directors, coaches and team managers, and be the resident expert relating to NPL rules and policies.
  •        Build strong relationships with other NPL member clubs.
  •        Build NPL Rosters for all NPL teams and assist other registrars as needed.
  •        Work with staff and and team managers to coordinate completion of US Club background checks.
  •        Coordinate the annual competitive tryout processes and communicate to team managers, coaches and promote.
  •        Assist in the Coordination of training calendar and field assignments as needed.
  •        Coordination of NPL travel and itineraries.
  •        Assist in the Financial Aid process in support of the players in need and the club.
  •        Be the main point of contact regarding the NPL league schedule.
